Event Information

Please take a moment to read through our information here.

When is the event?

The event is July 13th, 14th, and 15th at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hambury, NY.

Where do I signup.

The link to sign up is here.

How does seating work?

We have many groups (which we call guilds) attending the event. Moving this many people around has proven difficult and time consuming in the past. Therefore, we are keeping seat selection closed until July 9th. If you have a group of friends you want to make sure sit next to each other, you need to create or join a guild here. Once our layout is established, you will be able to pick a seat within your dedicated guild section.

If you don't join a guild or don't really care, other seats will become available when all seat selection opens on July 9th.

What games are we playing?

This summer we are asking you what games you want to play. You can submit that here.

What's the difference between 1/3 a table and 1/2 a table?

1/3 Table seats give you one third of an 8 foot table for space, and we ask that you keep your monitor sizes to 26 inches or smaller. If you want more space, or have a large/multi monitor setup, we ask that you purchase a 1/2 table seat.

Are there any rules?

Yes, they can be found on our rules page
