It's actually called "Wühr". But no, you can't have written rules because they don't exist. It's something we came up with 'cause "War" is dumb.

And grats on not being a n00b anymore, plan on coming back next year?

Jeeez, how was I supposed to know dat? I don't even know how to add the thingy over the e in Pokemon D:. Thanks for the help, interesting game to play during one of our RPG events ;P.
