Rules

Herein contains the rules for our events.

No speakers
No weapons (this includes things like airsoft guns)
Outside food/drinks allowed, please keep it reasonable
Keep your seat clean and free from excess trash
3 power outlets per person per seat
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or sibling over the age of 18
Each participant must have a signed waiver. This waiver can be found in the e-mail you receive with your receipt.
Quiet time is from 2am to 10am
Excessive swearing will not be tolerated
Keep it PG-13
No space heaters, refridgerators, or appliances designed for use in your home
No coin miners (bitcoin, ethereum, etc)
No alcohol
No vaping/smoking indoors
Courtesy wall outlets available first come first serve
No daisy-chaining power strips. Use ours, please
No material, image, video, or action that may be perceived as obscene, offensive, or racist will be tolerated and could result in your removal from the event
Board game room will be closed during quiet hours
Internet File Sharing or torrents is not permitted
There will be a taped off safety walkway between all rows that all participants must keep clear and open in the event of an emergency. This area is to be kept clear of any and all obstructions
Any popup privacy/tents/canopies/etc are only permitted in designated sleeping area, and are no longer permitted in the table seating area
Sleeping mats, cots, and air mattresses (and other inflatables) will still be allowed at tables, provided they do not encroach the above mentioned taped off safety walkway

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal of your network access or you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
