Here’s a little guide to help you sort out what sort of ticket you might need if you plan on coming to our event.

BYOC 

This is a general admission ticket. When purchasing this ticket you get entry to our event starting at 12pm Friday until we kick you out Sunday afternoon. You also get:

• 1/2 of an 8′ table for your PC *or* Console
• 3 AC plugs to plug in your PC/Console and Monitor
• A hard-wire ethernet connection
• An entry badge
• A raffle ticket for our door prizes at the end of the event (must be present to win)
• Access to the console area and board game room

Alpha Access

Is the same as BYOC, except you get early access to our event starting Thursday at 8pm. Please be warned: we may not be fully operational at this time. There are a limited number of these tickets and they sell FAST

Spectator/Board Game Room

If you are just coming to hang out and do not have a PC/Console you are welcome to purchase one of these tickets. This ticket is good for the weekend and gets you:

• Access to the console area and board game room
• An entry badge

Other things

When checking out on TIXR, you’ll notice some upgrades you can purchase:

• Chair Rental – We have a few dozen office chairs that we rent out if you don’t want to bring your office/gaming chair from home. They’re not as good as your chair from home, but they are there and ready for you so you don’t have to pack it. We do offer free folding chairs, but they are not very comfortable so we offer this as an upgrade. 
• Full seat upgrade – This is new starting in 2027. In the past, if you wanted more space we’d ask you to purchase an additional ticket. With the increase in prices we wanted to offer a way for people who have been purchasing multiple tickets to still get the additional space but not be dinged twice so we’re trying this out. With any Alpha/BYOC ticket you can purchase this upgrade. When purchasing this your Alpha/BYOC ticket is enhanced and you get a full 8-foot table to yourself, with use of an entire power strip. You do not get a 2nd badge or a 2nd raffle ticket. If you want more space, or your setup requires additional power we strongly encourage you to consider this upgrade or a second ticket
