I purchased a ticket with a different email address! What do I do?
- Login
- Click on my tickets
- On the right hand side under email addresses click on add email
- Enter your email address.
- Click “Go back”
- Enter the verification code sent to your email (Check your junk mail)
- Click Verify
My friend bought my ticket! How to I get it?
What your friend needs to do
- Go to “My tickets”
- Import ticket (Tixr or Lanfest)
- Give you the barcode or Serial number
What you need to do
- Go to “My tickets”
- Import ticket (Tixr or Lanfest)
- Paste the barcode or Serial number in “Import With Code”
- Confirm import
How do I join a guild?
- Reach out to the Guild leader and ask for the join code!
- Go to https://massivelan.com/guilds/ sign in with discord
- Hit “Join a guild” and enter the guild code
