Seating and Dog Tags for 2025 Summer

Here’s a quick recap of where we are and what we need you to do to make sure you are all set for this event.

  1. If you have not done so already, please link your discord account to this website by clicking the “Log In With Discord” link at the top of the site (bottom of site for mobile)
  2. Create or join a guild by going to “My Guild” (you will need the invite code provided by your guild leader)
  3. Add and verify the email address you used to purchase your ticket on TIXR. If someone else purchased your ticket for you, please scroll down to skip to #4
  4. Go to “My Tickets”, scroll down to “Import TIXR Ticket” and click the import button next to the ticket you purchased for this event. If someone else purchased your ticket, they need to provide you the TIXR serial number of the ticket, which they can get by following these steps. You can then copy/paste the serial number into the “Import With Code” form, and it will add it to your account

 

This is the bare minimum you need to do to make sure you are all set for this event. If you want a new fancy dogtag with your gamertag and the date you first started coming to our events, read on.

If you did the above, you should see other tickets that may or may not belong to you. You can go back to “My Tickets” and continue importing tickets from past events from TIXR and LANFest. Once you’ve completed importing tickets, the sidebar should show your first event and update “Member Since” (you may need to refresh). If this is incorrect, you can click “change” next “Member since” and enter the year you first started attending our events. This is the year that will be printed on your tag.

Additionally, if you don’t want your discord name on the dog tag, you can change your gamertag by clicking “change” on the sidebar of your profile. This is the name that will be on your dogtag.

Guild names will NOT be on the dogtags.

Lastly, our guild seating meeting will be on July 8th at 7pm in discord. Someone from your guild needs to be present to make sure all of your guild members are accounted for. We may be unable to provide accurate seating for your guild if you do not attend. PLEASE have someone from your guild attend this meeting with an accurate count of the number of seats you need.
