We’re looking for vendors who want to engage with the vibrant gaming community that attends our events. Whether you’re selling PC gaming gear, consoles, tabletop accessories, or anything in between, MassiveLAN offers you the perfect opportunity to connect with hundreds of gamers from across Western New York.

PC Gamers: Our largest group, eager to find the latest gaming hardware, peripherals, and accessories.
Console Gamers: Representing a strong, growing segment of the community looking for consoles, games, and related merchandise.
Tabletop Gamers: A dedicated group of strategy enthusiasts seeking the newest board games, dice, card games, and more.
Our attendees are engaged, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about everything related to gaming. By becoming a vendor, you’ll have the chance to interact with them directly, showcase your products, and build lasting relationships with customers.
Event Details
Setup Time: Thursday before the event starts
Event Duration: Thursday night to Sunday tear-down
Tear Down: Sunday after the event ends
Expected Attendance: 150-300 gamers, with a wide range of interests in PC, console, and tabletop gaming.
Vendor Requirements
To ensure a great experience for both vendors and attendees, all vendors must be approved by MassiveLAN staff. This helps maintain the high-quality experience that our community expects. Once approved, vendors can set up their booths, showcase products, and interact with attendees for the duration of the event.
